This study aimed at analyzing the effect of job stress on employee performance; using Kaf International School as case study. The specific objectives of the study are:

  1. To identify the factors that cause job stress amongst employees of Kaf International School.
  2. To explore the effect of job stress on employee performance.
  3. To investigate effective and efficient ways of managing job stress amongst employees.

The population chosen for this study was employees of Kaf International School totaling 25 persons. In all twenty-five (25) questionnaires were sent to all respondents however only twenty-two (22) were returned. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to process the quantitative data.
