The main objective of the study is to examine the effects of sexual harassment on employee performance at the workplace, a study of Elmina Beach Resort. Specifically, the study sought to:

  1. Determine the prevalence of sexual harassment at the resort.
  2. Examine the forms of sexual harassment that exist at the resort.
  3. Identify the relationship that exist between sexual harassment and employee performance.
  4. Assess the channels that exist for lodging complaint of sexual harassment at the resort.

The study was descriptive in nature. A total of one hundred and twenty-five (125) employees of Elmina Beach Resort were chosen as the sample for the study. Questionnaire were administered to these 125 employees. Responses gathered were analyzed using SPSS.
