The main objective of the study is to assess the impact of religiosity on employee performance using Data Link Institute as the case study. Specifically, the study sought to;

  1. Identify the prevalence of religiosity in corporate institutions in Ghana.
  2. The nature of religiosity in corporate institutions in Ghana.
  3. Examine the benefits of religiosity in corporate institutions in Ghana.
  4. Analyse the relationship between religiosity and employee performance in corporate institutions in Ghana.

The study adopted the descriptive research design. The descriptive research was used because of its ability to use either qualitative or quantitative data or both, giving the researcher greater options in selecting the instrument for data-gathering. Fifty (50) female employees who have been through the maternity process were sampled out for the study.  Hence, the sample size of the study was fifty (50). Within the frame of the non-probability sampling, a purposive sampling was used. A questionnaire was chosen as the data collection instrument. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS.v.20.0) was used in the processing of primary data gathered.
