This study sought to examine the impact of staff empowerment on employee productivity and performance; a case study of Voltic Ghana Ltd. Specifically, the study sought to;

  1. Assess the level of staff empowerment in the organisation.
  2. Identify the most effective staff empowerment procedures.
  3. Identify the challenges involved with establishing staff empowerment procedures.
  4. Analyse the relationship between staff empowerment and employee performance.

The study adopted a descriptive study approach. The target population of this study comprised all the employees of Voltic Ghana Ltd (Head office). Their total population stands at 60 persons. Out of the 60 persons, 52 persons were sampled out for the study. A simple random sampling technique was employed to select the 52 employees out of all the employees. Questionnaires were used as the data collection instrument. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used in the analysis of data.
